Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. As each item in our store is one-of-a-kind vintage, please allow us a little extra care in packaging your treasure.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post handling times. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery windows.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at mavintagestudio@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist. Please note that once a parcel is with Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
